If you are not totally in love with any item you have purchased, please contact us as soon as possible detailing the issue with your purchase and provide your order number. Go to the Contact Us page.
If you need to return your purchase because it is unsuitable/damaged, please notify us within 14 days of receipt, and follow the returns process below:
- Go to the Contact Us page and enter your name, email address, order number (in the subject box) the reason for the return and whether you require an exchange or full refund (in the message box)
- Post your items back to us (address can be found on your packaging slip). Item/s to be returned within 14 days following notification, with original labelling, packaging and include the invoice with order number so we know who you are
- Once we receive your returned item/s you will be notified by email, the item/s will be thoroughly inspected on return to ensure they are in the original saleable condition before we can provide a refund or exchange
- If an exchange is agreed (subject to availability) your item will be sent within 1-3 business working days
- A refund will include the original shipping cost, where applicable
- If a refund is agreed, please allow up to 5 business days
Please note the following before returning any items
- Any items worn will not be exchanged or refunded, or items within the Tights category for hygiene reasons.
- An exchange or refund will only be offered to you if the item/s is in perfect condition with all the original labelling and packaging still attached. We strongly advise you to check items purchased thoroughly on delivery before you remove any labelling and before disposing of the original packaging.
- The items that you return are your responsibility until we receive them. Please make sure you obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office when returning your item/s. We will not refund or exchange items that are damaged, lost or delayed during transit. If you are returning an item because it is unsuitable, the shipping costs are at your expense.
- Items received after the 14 days return timescale will not be accepted for an exchange or refund.
‘Chutchie Loves’ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this policy. It is your responsibility to check the Returns Policy page for any changes. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
